We understand that you may have questions about how this website collects and uses the information that you provide to us. We have prepared this statement to inform you of the privacy principles that govern this website. Your trust and confidence are our highest priority. We do not (ever) sell or rent your personal information. This information is used for internal purposes only. If you happen to use any outside services offered on our site (airline purchase for instance) then you are agreeing to their respective privacy policies. We are not responsible for any content not directly associated with this website.

 

Term of Services

We would like to welcome you to our growing family of happy customers and bring your attention to the following details; Our developers are extending these special prices/packages in order to give you and them the opportunity to take a 90 minute tour of their facility. Please note by agreeing to participate you are under no obligation to purchase at any of these properties. The resort has intentionally limited the tour time to make sure that you get the opportunity to tour and still enjoy the rest of your vacation. 

Your stay will be at one of our sister four or five-star rated facilities. All our facilities are of the highest standards in Cancun. The tour will typically take place on your second day of stay and the concierge will be sure to give you ample time and make sure you are comfortable with the arranged time.

Please note that you must be at least 24 years of age, be married or cohabiting  and be able to legally sign a contract if you choose to purchase. You must have a combined income of no less $50,000 (US) per year. You must also both attend this tour at the same time. Two forms of Government issued ID and at least one major credit card is required to qualify.

Furthermore, you are not considered eligible if you are employed by a travel agency and or affiliated with any timeshare companies.

Please note: due to the nature of this offer we can only extend this offer to one promotional package per household.

Please note: on behalf of the resort owners, we reserve the right to cancel this offer at any time if the resort presumes any person to not be a valid participant. We cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred outside of the purchased package which will promptly be refunded in the event of a cancellation. If you do not attend the presentation as scheduled you may incur a $150.00 fee per night. Unused nights are not refundable.

$99.00 per person one time room tax payable upon arrival.



Rescheduling or Canceling Your Reservation

A 14 day notice prior to scheduled arrival date is required to reschedule a reservation for a nominal fee. You may email us at cancellation@cancunluxtravel.com and or call us Monday – Saturday between the hours of 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST.
Please have your reservation number handy.
